Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase Returns can be requested to blueheron.llc.419@gmail.com.  In the email header please refer order number and please give a reason for the request for faster processing.  Orders must be requested within 30 days of receipt. Once product is received back in new condition a full refund will be issues to the original payment method.  IF product is received in used or damage condition a refund will not be issued.
